OpenSky: Melissa & Doug Trunki for $19!
If you are in the market for a Trunki, you should check out this sale on OpenSky. OpenSky is a daily deal website that categorizes things by different celebrities who like them. You can 'follow' different contributors and then you will have access to the super discounted prices on items on their lists. Today, Project Nursery has a Trunki listed and you can snag it for only $19 which is a phenomenal price considering these go for $40 anywhere else. I don't even have a kid and I'm contemplating one :) They are just so darn cute and functional to boot!
If you are not a member of OpenSky: Go here to sign up! I recommend joining simply because they give out the most credits to their members out of any other deal site I am a member of - and believe me, I join a lot of them :) I get an email saying I have a $10 credit at least once per month, sometimes more often, and it is valid for a few days each time. So, check them out to see the other items they have for sale!

Fantabulous Food! Homemade Crunch Wrap Supreme
Here is a favorite lunch or dinner treat of mine :) I was walking through Aldi one day and saw a bag of tostadas and suddenly I had an ingenious idea - I could make my own crunch wraps! If you have ever had a crunch wrap at Taco Bell, you know they are delicious and they are a great way to get your meal to go and me able to carry it all with you in one. So, here is a simple way to make one for yourself :)
Homemade Crunch Wrap Supremes:
3. When cheese is melted, spread your salsa, sour cream, and other fixins you want evenly over cheesed area.
4. Place your tostada in the center over the fixins, and spread a little bit of cheese along the edge.
5. Using a spoon (because it's very hot), begin folding small areas up and on top of the tostada, covering the cheese area. Move around the edge, folding as you go and pressing them into the cheese.
6. Close press down on your crunch wrap and press for about 1 minute or until the edges have stuck to the cheese on top of the tostada.
7. Flip your tostada over onto a plate - the salsa will cause some juice to ooze out and flipping it over will help let the juices out while still keeping your tostada crispy. Let it cool for at least 1 minute.
And there you have it! Your very own homemade crunch wrap. Now, I'm a big Taco Bell fan, but these are seriously so much better than theirs :) I know I am a little biased, but everyone I have made them for have agreed. Also, if you don't have a panini press, I'm sure you could do this with a regular pan. You would just need to carefully flip the crunch wrap over to seal the cheese at the edge.
Homemade Crunch Wrap Supremes:
- Pre-cooked grilled chicken breast pieces
- Shredded cheese
- Tostadas
- Large Tortillas
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Any other fixins you would like, such as lettuce, peppers, etc.
1. Heat a panini press to medium. Butter one side of a large flour tortilla and set it on the heated press. Sprinkle the center of the tortilla with cheese.
2. Spread as many pieces of the pre-cooked chicken as you would like over the cheese area of the tortilla. Wait until the cheese has melted before moving on.3. When cheese is melted, spread your salsa, sour cream, and other fixins you want evenly over cheesed area.
