Ok But Disappointing Target Trip

I went to Target tonight after work intending to pick up some of the deals I posted about earlier today. I had all my coupons out and ready only to find that 75% of the things I wanted were completely cleaned out. I can handle when one or two things are out of stock, but seriously like 10 things were just completely gone, so I was kinda bummed. Also, many of the items that I posted you could get good deals on (ex. KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce) were higher priced than they are in Orlando where the person lives that I got the info from. That was frustrating. I had my coupons out and finally would find an item I wanted only to find it at least $0.40 more expensive than I expected it to be. Sigh... oh well. Here are the things I did manage to score:

• Up + Up Brand Hudrogen Peroxide, on sale $0.52 - Used $0.50 off Any Up + Up Brand First Aid Product Target printable coupon = $0.02
• Carefree Body Shape Panyliners, $0.97 - Used $1.00 off coupon from the 5/8 newspaper = $0.03 overage
• Charmin Ultra Soft 24 Double Roll pack, on sale $11.99 - Used $1 off Any Charmin from P&G Mailer and $1 off Any Charmin Ultra Soft Target coupon from newspaper = $9.99

Normally, the toilet paper wouldn't have been that great a deal, but it happened to be specially marked:

Certain specially marked P&G products now have coupons for various other P&G Products inside them. Most of the coupons are fairly high value (much higher than you get in the newspaper anyway) and the best part... they don't expire until 6/30/2013! You have 2 years to use them! So, I had to take advantage of the price cut to get my coupons :) I couldn't resist.

The Charmin Ultra Soft that advertises $25 in coupons has:

So, all in all, not a bad deal with all these coupons. I'm already making plans to use them :) Hopefully later in the week, Target gets the other items restocked :)
