Today's Deals

Well, I had planned on going out today anyway, but I needed to make fondant and needed supplies, so I went out much earlier than I had originally planned. First, I went to Publix:

• 2 Crunchy Nut Cereal, $3.99 B1G1 - Used $1.00 off 2 Crunchy Nut Cereal coupon from inside the box = $2.99 for 2
• 6 Knorr Pasta Sides, $1.49 B1G1 - Used two $1.00 off Any 3 Knorr Sides coupons = $0.99 for 6
• 4 Classico Pasta Sauce, $2.69 B1G1 - Used two $1.00 off 2 Classico Sauce peelie coupons from previous purchases and one Buy Any 2 White Sauces, Get a Red Sauce Free hang tag coupon = $0.69 for 4
• Emeril's Ban Meals Beef Ravioli, 5 for $5 - Used $1 off Any Emeril's Product printable coupon = Free
• 2 Glade Spring Collection Candles, $3.49 B1G1 - Used Free Glade Spring COllection Product coupon from Right@Home and $1 off Any 2 Glade Candles coupon from the newspaper and $1 off Any Glade Spring Collection Target coupon = $2.00 Overage!
• 2 Edy's Whole Fruit Sorbet, $2.99 B1G1 - Used two $0.50 off Any Whole Fruit Sorbet coupon from the newspaper = $2.00 for 2
• 14 Yoplait Yogurts, 20 for $10 - Used two $0.50 off Any 4 Yoplait coupons and one $1.00 off Any 8 Yoplait coupon = $5.00 for 14
• 2 I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, $3.19 B1G1 - Used $0.75 off Any 2 I Can't Believe It's Not Butter coupon from the newspaper = $2.44 for 2
• 2 Bags Publix Powdered Sugar, $1.99 each
• 2 Bags Publix Marshmallows, $1.39 each
• Argo Cornstarch, $1.59
• Crisco, $2.59

I also used a $5 off $30 coupon from the newspaper, so for this entire purchase I paid $19.85! This would have been way better had I not needed to get my fondant making supplies right then. But, such is life. At least I geared it toward saving as much as possible :) My receipt says I saved $50.43, so I can live with that.

After Publix, I realized that I needed a cake board, so I had to go to Walmart. While I was there, I wanted to get some of my freebies if they had them (they were all out of several things I would have gotten for free).

• 2 Nivea Touch of Sparkle Body Washes, $3.00 - Used two $3.00 off Any Nivea Women's Body Wash coupons from the Newspaper = 2 for Free!
• 2 KY Jellee, $2.62 - Used two $3.00 off KY (excludes trial size) printable coupons = $0.76 Overage!
• Sevin Ready to Use Dust, $4.97 - Used $2.00 off Any Sevin Product printable coupon = $ 2.97

So, my overage helped me out with my Sevin for my garden as well as my cake boards :) And for once, my cashier didn't try to tell me I couldn't use my coupons. It was a miracle!

All in all, today was a good day for coupons :)
