;like' them on Facebook and then print out your rebate form. Go to CVS today through the 11th only and purchase a 3 pack of SebaMed's Cleansing Bars. Then send in your original receipt and package bar code with the rebate form to the address specified to get a refund for your purchase! Can't beat that!
