My Publix Trips This Week

Well, I had to devise a way to use all of my $5 off $30 coupons before they expire this Wednesday while still paying as little as possible and only getting things I need. <-- Gee, is that all? :)
Needless to say, this was a difficult task. So, here is what I ended up doing:

  • 4 Dial Body Washes, $3.91 B1G1 - Used four $2 off Dial Lotion or Body Wash coupons = All Free + 18¢ overage
  • 2 Jars of Peter Pan Peanut Butter, $2.59 B1G1 - Used two 50¢ off printable coupons (need code to print) = 2 for $1.59
  • 2 Bottles of  V8 Splash Juice, $3.59 B1G1 - Used $1 off 2 coupon from the 6/5 SS insert = 2 for $2.59
  • Blackberries, 2 for $5 - Used $2 off Publix Produce printable coupons (must sign up and refer 3 friends) = 50¢
  • 2 Boar's Head Foot-Long Ultimate Subs, $7.49 each
I also used the $5 off $30 coupon, so I paid 16.07. The best part is, those sandwiches were for other people at work who paid me back, so for all the items I purchased (pictured above), my total was 14¢! Woo Hoo! I will happily pick up everyone's lunch for the rest of the week if I can use their stuff to drive up my total :)

After work, I swung over to the Publix on Knox McRae to see what else I could muster up.
  • 4 Bottles of V8 Splash Juice, $3.59 B1G1 - Used 3 $1 off 2 coupons from the 6/5 SS insert = $1.29 each
  • Small Bottle of Gain Laundry Detergent, $3.99 - Used $1 off coupon from the newspaper = $2.99
  • 2 lb Bag of Publix Frozen Chicken Breasts, $6.99
  • Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon, $2.69 - Used $1 off Target printable coupon = $1.69
  • 2 Bottles of Nature's Bounty 250mg Magnesium, $3.99 - Used two $1 off printable coupons and $6 off 2 coupon from Publix Green Advantage Buy Flyer at Front of Store = 2 for Free + 2¢ overage
It's not as good as my total from earlier in the day, but after the $5 off $30 coupons I paid $15.31. I could have done better, but I really needed the chicken. On the bright side, 4 of the V8s are for my mom, so I will be getting $5.50 back, making my total $9.81. Definitely not bad :)

I have one $5 off coupon left, so I will let you know what the final transaction ends up being :)
