FO: Summer Twizzler Socks

I came across this Summer Sock yarn earlier this year, so on my sock knitting spree this summer I decided to give it a try.
This yarn is Hobbii Summer Sock in the Papaya and Melon colorway. This yarn is 5-% cotton/50% acrylic, so I wanted to see how it held up to the wear and tear of sockness.
I used the Twizzler Socks pattern by Tangled Bekah, which is free on Ravelry. It's a super simple slip stitch pattern that works great for self striping yarn.
I also decided to pair it with a different yarn for the heel simply because it was such a great match for the Summer Sock yarn. The heel and toe are knit in Lang Jawoll in the Apricot colorway. This is a standard 75% wool/25% nylon sock yarn, and they really look seamless. You would not know it was a different yarn unless you touch it.
This simple pair of socks took just over a week to knit and they have been very comfy to wear :) I liked them so well that I ordered a few more colors of the Summer Sock yarn for the future.
Check out my sock video at the bottom of this page for even more details on these socks :)

Summary:

Yarn: Hobbii Summer Sock in Papaya and Melon, Lang Jawoll in Apricot
