Target Trip

I wanted to run into Target to get my free Sally Hansen nail clippers only to find out that the Titusville Target doesn't carry them at all! I was bummed but I believe I made up for this :)

• 4 boxes (24ct) boxes of Zantac 150 Maximum Strength, $7.59 each - Used four $5 off printable coupons and four $2 off Target printable coupons = 59¢ each
• 3 Benadryl Itch Sticks, $2.29 each - Used three $2 off Any Benadryl Topical Product coupons from the newspaper = 29¢ each
• 3 boxes of Pop Tarts, $1.99 each - Used $2 off 3 Poptarts printable coupon (no longer available) and $1 off 3 Target printable coupon = 99¢ each
• 6 Lean Cuisine Market Creations Meals, clearance $1.04 each
• Jamba Juice Smoothie Mix, $2.99 - Used $1 off printable coupon (no longer available) = $1.99
• 4 Smuckers Toppings, clearance for $1.38, $1.74, $2.03, and $1.32 - Used two $1 off 2 printable coupons (no longer available) = $1.18 each
• 2 pack of Elmer's Glue Sticks, 40¢
• 2 pairs of Men's Levis Jeans, clearance $8.38 and $7.48 - Used two $3 off Any Denim Jeans Target printable coupons = $4.93 each
• Man's Graphic T-Shirt, clearance $6.98 - Used $2 off Any Graphic Tee Target printable coupon = $4.98
• 2 boxes of Ziploc Sandwich Bags, $2.50 each - Used $1 off 2 Ziploc Products peelie coupon and $1 off 2 Target printable coupon = $1.50 each

So, my pre-coupon total would have been $89.48, but I only paid $38.30! I saved $51.18 just with my coupons :) That is a high savings for Target, so I was quite proud. What made this trip even better was that my husband came with me and honestly seemed to have fun, which he usually does not have when he comes on a coupon shopping trip with me. I guess I just have to buy him some jeans and a shirt to keep him happy each time :)

P.S. I had never known that Smuckers made Magic Shell in Cupcake and Orange Cream flavors. I am super excited to give them a try!
