CVS Trip

I managed to snag a few deals for myself today at CVS. I must confess, I did 4 transactions to do it, but luckily there was no one waiting in line :)

Transaction 1

• Excedrin 8 ct, 99¢ - Get 99¢ ecbs back

I used a 99¢ ecb from last week to pay and got 99¢ back.

Transaction 2

• Excedrin 8 ct, 99¢ - Get 99¢ ecbs back

I used the 99¢ ecb from Transaction 1, paid nothing and got 99¢ ecb back.

Transaction 3

• Physician's Formula Eye Booster Liquid Eye Liner, $10.99 - Spend $10 on PF products and get $7 ecbs back.

I used $9 worth of ecbs from last week, paid $2.62 and got $7 ecbs back.

Transaction 4

• Pantene Thin to Strong Shampoo, 2 for $6.97 - Buy 2 get $1 ecb - Used Free coupon from Facebook offer = Free
• Pantene Smooth Vitality Shampoo, 2 for $6.97 - Buy 2 get $1 ecb - Used Free coupon from Facebook offer = Free
• Aveeno Nourish & Volumize Shampoo, $5.99 with card - Used $3 off 2 Aveeno Products coupon from the newspaper and $1 off 2 CVS coupon from the newspaper = $3.99
• Aveeno Nourish & Volumize Conditioner, $5.99 with card - Used $3 off 2 Aveeno Products coupon from the newspaper and $1 off 2 CVS coupon from the newspaper = $3.99

I used the $7 ecb from Transaction 3, paid $2.12, and got $1 ecb back :)

I will confess, I just really wanted the Aveeno. I went to Target last week to see how much it cost and I was not about to pay $6 per bottle when I could swim in all the free shampoos I've been getting. But since I could get them each for $4, I figured it was a decent enough price for something I really like. I also love that eye liner from Physician's Formula. I use it every day so I wanted an extra to make sure I don't run out :)
