Today is the beginning of Me-Made-May! While my sewing projects are no where near done, I wanted to at least kick off the month with something that I made:
I made this bracelet 100% myself about a year or so ago :) It's made up of sterling silver parts and beads with round hematite beads (that't the shiny gray stone) and fancy elongated cut amazonite beads (the tealy blue stone). Originally I had intended to put this out for sale, but I liked it so much it just ended up becoming mine :) I haven't really worn it very much, but I really do like it so I figured the Me-Made-May challenge would be the perfect opportunity to get some use out of it. Plus it's nice to show of my handiwork on the blog too :)
So, there is a little something that was Me-Made :) So, at least I feel like I kicked the month off right. Hopefully I will be able to make some progress on my sewing projects this week. I will keep you all posted!
