Bloom Review: Lea Journo Intense Hydrating Masque

This is another item that was included in my Bloom Ambassador box this month: Lea Journo's Parfait Intense Hydrating Mask. This is a mask for dry and damaged hair - which I don't have really so I didn't know how it would turn out.

How was the application?
This was a really nice product to try :) You just wash your hair, then towel off your hair a bit and apply the mask. Let the mask stay on for 2 to 5 minutes and then rinse it out. Pretty easy. I actually just would wash my hair, then get out and apply the mask quickly, get back in the shower and shave and whatnot before rinsing it off. The first thing that hits you is the lovely smell :) It's not overpowering, just a nice scent and it lasts for a little while. Since I have oily hair to being with I didn't want to overdo it, so I just washed with shampoo - I didn't use my usual conditioner. The mask rinsed out really clean and everything went great :)

Notice all the smiles - that means I like it :)

How did it perform?
I really love this mask! My hair felt and smelled great afterward. Once I blow dried and styled my hair I could see a big difference. Even my husband commented on how much more healthy my hair looked. Not that my hair was nasty or anything before, but it just looked shinier and healthier. In fact my hair looked like it did before I used to blow dry it everyday. I had just as much volume as I normally would - my hair wasn't weighed down at all. It was all in all a great experience :)

I give this product 5 out of 5 stars! I am really surprised at how much I liked this product. My hair looked great, smelled great and felt great. Even though thin and oily hair, it really nourished and moisturized without making my hair heavy at all. I can only imagine how this would perform on thicker or drier hair than mine. Since it worked so well for me I know it would be great for all hair types. I highly recommend giving this a try!
